Everything on tryweightwise.com — including articles, tools, calculators, and provider listings — is for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical care.
Not medical advice
WeightWise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship between you and WeightWise.
No provider-patient relationship
If you request a provider match, a licensed clinician — independent of WeightWise — may follow up with you. Any clinical relationship is between you and that provider. WeightWise is not party to your medical care.
No prescription guarantee
WeightWise cannot and does not guarantee that any treatment, including GLP-1 medications, will be prescribed to you. A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate based on your individual health picture.
Third-party provider independence
Providers in our network are independent clinicians or clinics. They make their own clinical decisions, set their own fees, and operate under their own licenses. We do not control their practice.
Affiliate and referral compensation
WeightWise may receive compensation when users connect with participating providers, purchase digital products, or buy recommended items through affiliate links. These relationships are disclosed throughout the site and do not change our editorial guidance.
User responsibility
- You must be 18 or older to use the site or services.
- You agree to provide accurate information when you fill out forms.
- You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, hacking, attempting to disrupt service, or impersonating others).
- You are responsible for sharing information with your own healthcare providers when appropriate.
Intellectual property
WeightWise content — text, design, and brand — is owned by WeightWise or licensed by it. You may share links and small quotes with attribution. Republishing without permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
WeightWise provides the site "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeightWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party services accessed through it.
Mobile / SMS program terms
Program name: WeightWise SMS Program.
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring email and text messages from WeightWise LLC. Messages may include educational content, account or appointment notifications, service updates, and marketing offers related to medical weight-care, GLP-1 education, provider matching, products, and partner promotions. Messages may be sent using an auto dialer or contain prerecorded content.
Message frequency: Up to 6 messages per month per program (marketing and service). Frequency may vary.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
HELP and STOP: Reply HELP to any WeightWise text message for help. Reply STOP to any WeightWise text message to opt out at any time. After replying STOP you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts from that program. To opt back in, sign up again at /providers/ or contact support@tryweightwise.com.
Consent not required to purchase: Consent to receive marketing or service text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any WeightWise educational resource.
Do Not Call: Your opt-in authorizes WeightWise and participating providers to contact you at the number you provide and overrides prior registrations on Federal or State Do Not Call lists.
Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and their respective subsidiaries.
Phone numbers are not sold or shared: WeightWise does not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers you provide for provider matching are shared only with the licensed providers you explicitly request.
Privacy: Use of the WeightWise SMS program is governed by the Privacy Policy. Eligible age: 18+. Available in the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
